Five engagements. One relationship. Every stage of your growth.

From accessible advisory for a solopreneur with big ambition to full lifecycle architecture for an established company running on multiple platforms — every Eastman Consultants engagement is designed to meet you where you are and grow with you.

How It Works In Practice

The assessment comes first

For every ongoing engagement, the Growth Readiness Assessment is the diagnostic first step. It answers the scoping questions before a dollar is committed — because scoping work before understanding the problem is how expensive mistakes get made.

No pressure to move up a rung

Each engagement works on its own. When a natural next step surfaces, it gets named honestly rather than sold. If the assessment gives your team the clarity to move forward without us, that's a good outcome.

One relationship, the whole journey

You don't re-explain your business to a new advisor at every stage. The context, the trust and the strategic groundwork built in one engagement carry into the next.

The Five Engagements

Find the right fit for where you are.

Each one is built for a specific situation. Start with the description that sounds like your business.

What Each Engagement Covers

A marketing function has seven moving parts. Mapped out by each engagement type.

Each part only works because of the one before it. What differs between engagements isn't the list — it's how far we go on each one, and whether we advise, build it, or run it.

Common Questions

Choosing between the five engagements

Which engagement is right for my business?

The five engagements map to five situations rather than five company sizes. Executive Advisory is a single focused conversation. The Small-Business Accelerator builds and runs the marketing foundation for a growing business. The Growth Readiness Assessment diagnoses why growth stalled. Fractional CMO provides ongoing marketing leadership. RevOps fixes the seam between sales and marketing. If none of those sounds obviously like you, the Find Your Fit quiz takes two minutes and points you at the right starting place.

Why does every larger engagement start with an assessment?

Scoping work before understanding the problem is how expensive mistakes get made. The Growth Readiness Assessment establishes what's actually constraining growth first, so the recommendation isn't decided before the looking starts. Smaller engagements convert directly without it.

Do you advise, or do you actually run the marketing?

Both, depending on the engagement. Ongoing engagements are built around running your marketing systems, not handing you a strategy document. Training your team to run them is available as well, but the default is that we operate them.

Can you work with the marketing team we already have?

Yes, and that's usually the highest-return part of an engagement. Capable marketing coordinators and managers are frequently asked to operate two levels above their experience with nobody to learn from. Direction and mentorship often unlock more than adding headcount would.

How does AI factor into the work?

As judgment rather than a product. Most of what businesses are being sold about AI is noise, some of it genuinely changes how a company operates, and knowing the difference is the useful part. It's scoped into an engagement when it's a question you're carrying, and left out when it isn't.

Let's find out what's actually in your way.

Whether that's a twenty-minute conversation or something longer, it starts the same way: you tell me what's happening, and I tell you what I think - including if the answer is that you don't need me.
