Eastman Consultants is the result of 18 years of deliberate career building — across functions, industries, and organization sizes — and a decision to stop limiting that impact to one company at a time.

I didn't set out to build a consultancy. I set out to understand how businesses actually work — all of it, not just the marketing piece. Early in my career I made a deliberate choice to start at smaller organizations where I could work across every function: sales, operations, HR, finance, product marketing, and account management. Not because I had to — because I wanted to know how the whole machine ran before I tried to make any part of it faster.
What I found over 18 years and seven industries is that the problems worth solving are almost never contained to one function. Broken revenue systems aren't marketing problems. They're architecture problems. Underperforming pipelines aren't sales problems. They're alignment problems. The businesses that grow are the ones where every stage of the customer journey is connected — and someone is accountable for the full picture.
That's what drives this work. Not the platforms. Not the strategy decks. The moment a leadership team can see their marketing producing real, measurable pipeline — and the team executing against it knows exactly what they're building toward.
I was tired of doing this for one company at a time.
For most of my career, the work I cared most about — fixing broken systems, removing the friction that slowed teams down, connecting marketing investment directly to revenue outcomes — happened inside single organizations. One company. One team. One set of problems at a time.
What I loved most wasn't the strategy. It was the moment a team understood what they were building toward. Watching a marketing team go from running disconnected campaigns to operating a system with real pipeline visibility — and knowing they built that capability themselves — was more fulfilling than any individual deliverable.
The inflection point was simple: I could do more of that work, for more businesses, and multiply that impact — instead of giving it to one organization. Eastman Consultants is the direct result of that decision.
The goal has never been to be the smartest person in the room. It has always been to leave every team I work with more capable, more aligned, and more confident in what they're building — than they were before I arrived.
A deliberately built career. Not an accidental one.
Most marketing consultants have deep expertise in one function. That's useful. But the problems that cost businesses the most revenue almost never live in one function. They live in the gaps between them.

Every engagement is led by me. No account managers. No handoffs.
When you engage Eastman Consultants, you work directly with me — from the first discovery call through every session, deliverable, and strategic decision. That is not a selling point. It is a structural commitment. The value of this engagement model depends entirely on the depth of understanding I build about your business, your team, and your goals. That understanding cannot be delegated.
I work as a strategic partner, not a vendor. The difference matters. A vendor delivers a scope of work and moves on. A partner holds the full picture, asks the harder questions, and stays accountable to the outcome — not just the deliverable. Every engagement is built around that model.
